  Real talk. Real change.
Online psychotherapy. Based in London.

About Me

Hello, I’m Lesley Berliand - a UKCP-registered psychotherapist based in London. My unique approach - rooted in Transactional Analysis and trauma-informed care - is shaped by years of working in finance and telecoms, a year spent living in France during Covid, pro bono work for the Special Olympics, and volunteering for homeless charities like Bridging the Gap.

People come to therapy for a variety of reasons; sometimes they are struggling to cope with the stresses of everyday life, they might be feeling lost or empty, or sometimes a specific event has made them realise a change is needed but they can’t see how things could be any other way. Or perhaps they are noticing certain negative patterns in their life that they can't seem to break. Sometimes the signs of mental or emotional distress are obvious. But at other times, they are harder to pinpoint. This is where therapy can help.

In therapy we’ll explore not just what you’re feeling, but why those feelings persist. I offer you a space safe for you to feel comfortable and open enough to ‘say (what you might think is) the unsayable'.
